Our Team
Our founder, Sunny Arriaga, has been a Licensed Realtor in Florida since 2019. While helping families find homes the traditional way, she came across many families who couldn't make the dream of homeownership come true because they either lacked the credit score needed to qualify for a mortgage, or didn't have the financial resources for the down payment and/or closing costs.
To help families fulfill their dream of homeownership, Sunny is now part of a trusted network of real estate investors who have collectively executed hundreds of successful transactions since 2011. This experience allows us to offer proven strategies and solutions that work for families seeking stability and opportunity. She and her team bring deep industry knowledge and over 30 years of customer service experience to every transaction.
While Sunny is not acting in the capacity of Realtor in this venture, her team's background informs every decision—prioritizing transparency, professionalism, and long-term value for our clients.
